Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Physical Products

  • All physical products are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) using Royal Mail tracked services.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Digital Products

  • Digital products, online course access, downloads, and booking confirmations are delivered electronically via email or text message.
  • No shipping charges apply to digital products.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply before the item can be resent.

Damaged or Lost Deliveries

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
