Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Physical Products
- All physical products are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) using Royal Mail tracked services.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Digital Products
- Digital products, online course access, downloads, and booking confirmations are delivered electronically via email or text message.
- No shipping charges apply to digital products.
Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Incorrect Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply before the item can be resent.
Damaged or Lost Deliveries
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
