Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers pay for returns unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or received in error.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

• Contact us within 2 days with photos.
• We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, and reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Change of Mind:

• Returns accepted within 30 days, 20% restocking fee may apply.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations:

• Cancel orders before dispatch for a full refund.
• Dispatched orders must be returned following the standard procedure.
